I got a wild hair and decided to try red. Jeff likes it, I'm not sure I like it yet, maybe I'll give it a few weeks and see if I can get used to it. 

Mysterious Mushrooms

I found these growing in the back yard. I'm not sure what kind they are or whether or not they are edible. I thought they were pretty cool though.

Incredible fall colors

Our japanese maple is gorgeous this year. The weather conditions for the past 2 years have been wierd and the leaves just turned brown and gray. I'm so glad it gave us a show of color this year. It's especially spectacular with the early morning sun shining through the branches and leaves. I just love fall.
